This is a continuation and advanced course from Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Part 2) where learners will now learn indepth knowledge on the contracts and legal framework of real estate.
In this course, learners will examine the legal clauses and pitholes found commonly in the Sales & Purchase contracts. Learners will also learn how to design and execute a marketing campaign to reach out to the target market. Pricing strategies will also be a key topic in this course where learners will learn to capture important data to track price and volume movements.
At the end of this course, learners will be affluent in the Sales & Purchase contracts and gain a thorough understanding of pricing strategies and marketing concepts commonly adopted in the real estate market.
