In this course, learners will learn the real estate sales and leasing procedures and understand how to estimate property fair values by analyzing the real estate market cycle and understanding how land sales impact sale and leasing prices. Learners will also identify the differences between real estate marketing and general product marketing.
At the end of this course, learners will be affluent in sale and leasing procedures of different property categories, conduct basic market research and data analysis to determine price movements and market cycle.
