In today’s dynamic and fast changing business environment, changes within the organization is inevitable. However, it is still difficult for employees to embrace changes and often employees lose motivation in the process.
This course is targetted to help learners identify the barriers of mindsets to changes within the organization. Learners will learn to analyze and understand changes in task allotments and responsibility shift plans and adopt effective communication styles to achieve a shift of employees’ mindset towards organizational changes. Learners will also learn how to communication such changes in a positive and open manner to achieve minimal upheaval.
At the end of the lesson, learners will be able to overcome common barriers to changes and to minimise upheaval and negative mindset during transitional stages through open channels of communication.
