Team performance is often affected by conflicts. While workplace conflicts occur commonly, it is important to learn how to manage conflicts to minimise damages to relationships and trust within the team.
This course is targetted to help learners identify sources of conflicts and to accept conflicts positively. Learners will adopt the 5-step guide to resolve conflicts amicably by understanding the parties power positions and differing agendas.
At the end of the lesson, learners will be able to resolve conflicts effectively and in an open manner where conflicts become sources of improvement and better performance.
